Dave is the lone scientist in a disaster movie, prone to startling discoveries and extreme responses. Dave is the foil to Eileen’s calm; he crunches numbers until he's "all wrong" and panics. Needs an actor with great comedic timing for physical startling discovery moments. His comedic tone should avoid over the top goofy. MUST BE A LOCAL UTAH HIRE- there is dialogue no accents please
